“Seagulls make for a reliable 'weather vane', as they head inland when a storm is brewing, so they make excellent harbingers of trouble on the horizon”
(John Mellon) We are a group of professionals, from a variety of industry backgrounds, specialising in the practice of resilience, continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery. We either live, work or have some degree of involvement in activities in the South East of England . Continuity (n.): permanence, stability, link, connection. Continuity covers areas such as sustainability of people, process, premises, technology and infrastructure, especially when faced with adversity. It is founded in process effectiveness, organisational resilience, corporate memory, crisis management and disaster recovery disciplines. These concepts affect every entity – from individuals and sole traders to multi-national corporations; from education to healthcare; from marketing to manufacturing; from distribution to delivery; from government to the voluntary sector. It affects you, and I, and every person we deal with in our day-to-day lives.
